Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by Guests

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a charge equal to one night’s stay.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during booking.

3. Reservation Changes

Guests may request to change reservation dates depending on availability. Price differences may apply.
